This baby has 5 layers, which is horrible because all kinds of dust and other nastiness gets stuck between the cel layers and over time gets impossible to clean. 

I scanned it back in 2004 and I will probably never attempt to scan it again. It's slightly oversized and I remember I had a lot of trouble cleaning the scan up to make it presentable. 

This is from the scene after the meeting of the village under the Windaria tree, when Izu and Marin are walking home and Izu is upset that the villagers aren't going to do anything about the upcoming war between Itha and Paro. 

Izu is approached by Lord Cain, Prime Minister of Paro, and is given this vehicle as a gift in an attempt to bribe him to do certain 'errands' for Paro. We know how that ended up. 

I love how Izu breaks the fourth wall in this cel.
